Delivery Policy – NBS Group

At NBS Group, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly, securely, and with full transparency. This Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders to our customers in the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to:
- Domestic Deliveries: All Emirates within the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah).
- International Deliveries: Selected countries worldwide (please contact our support team for availability before placing an order).
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Methods & Timelines
We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number via email/SMS.
- A link to track your shipment in real-time.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
- Weather conditions, customs checks, or unforeseen logistical issues.
- Delays from third-party courier partners.
In such cases, NBS Group will work closely with our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Delivery Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
- Any changes after dispatch are subject to courier approval and may incur additional charges.
7. Missed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
- Orders unclaimed within 5 days may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Report the issue to sales@nbsgroup.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged package/items for quicker resolution.
- We will arrange for replacement, exchange, or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
